At Corezena ("Corezena", "we", "us", or "our"), we operate under strict principles of data minimization and sovereign code governance. This Privacy Policy details the technical standards by which we collect, process, and protect client and visitor information through corezena.com and our integrated communication systems.

We collect only the minimum required information necessary to engineer custom digital flagships, deploy cloud infrastructure, and maintain direct client communications:

Business names, corporate email addresses, phone numbers, and operational specifications submitted through our custom build request forms.

SPEC_B // CONCIERGE MESSENGER

Anonymized session IDs (corezena_chat_session_id) and message transcripts transmitted via our live chat terminal to ensure session continuity.

SPEC_C // FINANCIAL SETTLEMENTS

All billing is processed securely via PayPal. Corezena does not view, process, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on our infrastructure.

SPEC_D // SERVER TELEMETRY

Standard edge server logs (IP address, user agent, viewport dimensions, and timestamps) captured to maintain sub-second performance and mitigate DDoS threats.

Purposes & Applied Processing

Client records are utilized exclusively for legitimate commercial execution:

+ Engineering bespoke interactive prototypes and packaging raw source .ZIP archives.
+ Configuring custom domain routing, SSL certificate issuance, and edge CDN hosting.
+ Establishing two-way calendar synchronizations (Apple & Google) for appointment platforms.
+ Direct technical support, incident response, and transactional fulfillment notifications.

Corezena uses browser Local Storage (localStorage) strictly for core functional mechanisms:

• Session Persistence: Storing anonymous key corezena_chat_session_id to maintain active support dialogues across page refreshes.

• Zero Ad-Tracker Scripts: We do not embed third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or data-broker monitoring pixels.

Corezena will never sell, rent, lease, or monetize client data, email addresses, phone records, or technical specifications to third-party marketing brokers, advertisers, or data aggregators under any circumstance.

We interface with select, enterprise-grade processors to operate our digital systems:

Data Retention & Statutory Compliance

We retain client records only for the duration required to deliver contracted architectures, except where extended preservation is mandated by law:

• Financial Records: Transaction logs and settlement IDs are retained in accordance with statutory commercial tax regulations.

• Legal Process: Notwithstanding deletion inquiries, records may be preserved in good faith to comply with valid court orders, subpoenas, or official law enforcement investigations.
